Who we are

Bound to build is run by Ben Anderson, trading as Bound by Iris (Bound to build), a sole trader. Bound by Iris is his trading name and Bound to build is its web design brand. It is not a limited company.

Where we are

Stalybridge, SK15, Tameside, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom. We work with businesses across Tameside. There is no public studio or walk-in office.

VAT

Bound by Iris is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on our prices.

Services, prices and payment

Current prices are on our pricing page. Every job is confirmed in a written quote before any payment is requested. Payment is by UK bank transfer only: a 50% deposit before work starts and the balance before the site goes live. Our bank details are shown only on our invoices.
